Update: 11/05 I have now been to a professional hairdresser, who was shocked at the appalling haircut and colouring I had at Keyna. He kept lifting up sections, shaking his head and saying ‘mon dieu’. I have now had 10cm cut off my length and it’s going to take months for my hair to grow in order for him to cut and re-shape. I can assure you the price is less than I was expecting to pay so that certainly has no bearing on my bad review!. The before and after pics are deceiving as you styled my hair. Even you were shocked at how badly you’d cut my hair; I could see it on your face. I shall never come to your shop again and I can guarantee I shall never recommend your services. Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. I have been deliberating giving any sort of review, and just voting with my feet and going somewhere else, but today’s attempt at styling my horrendous hair got me so mad, I’m leaving a review. Despite showing pictures and discussing what I wanted, they bounced away and said ‘I know exactly what to do’ and I ended up with half the volume of my hair cut away (which was not thick to begin with!!) so now I look like I have bad extensions, terrible terrible layering, along with patchy hair colour that doesn’t suit my skin tone and a fringe that makes me furious every time I look in the mirror, all for the princely sum of €297 (which did include a treatment). I now have to go to another salon, to see if they can rectify the mess that sits on top of my head.

But that's not what the before and after photos show 🤔 You seemed very happy, and I believe I am someone who is quite open and understanding, always striving to satisfy customers. I think it was mainly the price that shocked you, as you found my salon too small for that price. However, the rates are clearly displayed when you book an appointment online. I hope to do better next time. Thank you for this constructive criticism, which I take into account and accept. Have a great weekend.
